The Latin Extended-C range was introduced with version 5.0.0 of the Unicode Standard, and is located in Plane 0, the Basic Multilingual Plane.
Other Latin characters can be found in the Basic Latin, Latin-1 Supplement, Latin Extended-A, Latin Extended-B, Latin Extended-D, Latin Extended-E and Latin Extended Additional ranges.
